About Us
Overview
Workers Development Corporation (WDC) was incorporated under the Company Ordinance (CAP 212) on 28th July 1964. It is fully owned by the Trade Union’s Congress of Tanzania (TUCTA) formerly known as Organization of Tanzania Trade Unions (OTTU).
Principle Activities
We trade on real estate. That is buying land and developing properties as per market requirement.
Why WDC
We believe we will be successful if our customers and investors are successful. Solving the hardest problems requires the best people. We think that the best people will be drawn to the opportunity to work on the hardest problems. We build our business around that belief. These two parts of our mission reinforce each other and make our firm strong and enduring.
